The power of moodboards

Curation and intuition shape visual worlds

Before a single line is drawn, something already exists.

A feeling, a tension, a world waiting to take shape. The moodboard is where it begins—not as decoration, not as a collection of references, but as direction. It’s the moment where intuition becomes visible, where scattered ideas start to form a language.

For me, moodboards are not about gathering what I like. They are about defining what a story feels like before it is told. A shift in color, texture, or silhouette can transform everything. The same idea can become soft or sharp, nostalgic or futuristic, quiet or bold—depending on the mood you choose to build.

This is the power of a moodboard: it doesn’t just inspire the work. It decides it.
